My best friend is Mexican and her mother showed me the "right way" to maka Guacamole. <br /><br />The only spice used to flavor it is Serano Peppers, which are spicy. Tabasco is not used in authentic Mexican Guacamole. Also, nothing is blended in a blender. You have to use yellow onion, which is a bit spicy than regular white onion and never red because it is sweet.
